By using any of the Services, you agree to the terms of this Policy and our Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of the services and are incorporated herein by reference.

Customer information. For example, we collect your name, personal identity document number; email address, postal address or telephone number when you register or use the Services. We also collect some of this information when you contact us.
User credentials. If you use our website, we may collect your username, password, and password hints or passphrases to create an account and authenticate users of the Services.

Information that you make public or share with others. The Services may allow you to post or submit written content (for example, reviews, comments, etc.), a user profile, audio or visual recordings, computer graphics, images, data, or other content, including personal information (“Material sent”). If you choose to submit Submitted Material to any public area of the Services, your Submitted Material will be considered “public” and will be accessible by anyone, including Public Storage. Personal information included in Submitted Material is not subject to the use or sharing limitations of this Policy, or other obligations, with respect to personal information, and may be used and shared by Mega Storage and third parties to the maximum extent permitted. by the law. You can also adjust your communications preferences by logging into your MEGA Storage account and viewing your preferences. Please note that these preferences do not apply to informational or transactional communications related to the Services or other communications that have their own unsubscribe method.
User information. You can access, edit, or delete information from your user account by logging into your account. If you are unable to access your account, or if you wish to request that we delete other personal data referenced in this Policy, you may also contact us using any of the methods described in the “How to contact us” section of this Policy.
Location data. You can choose not to share certain location data by adjusting the settings on your device. However, please note that if you choose not to share this data, you may not be able to access or use the Location-based Services.

Other options. You also have choices about the data that you provide us directly when you register or use the Services. Please note, however, that if you choose not to provide the data necessary to provide certain features of the Services, your use of the Services may not include those features.
Children and minors
The Services are for a general audience and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of eighteen (18). We will delete any personal information collected that we later determine to be from a minor user

Mega Storage uses appropriate and reasonable security measures as required by applicable law. It is important to remember that the Internet is not 100% secure. We cannot promise that your use of our website will be completely safe. We recommend that you help us keep your data safe by taking reasonable steps, such as keeping your passwords private and not releasing sensitive personal data in places that are publicly accessible.
Third-party sites
The Services may also contain links or integrations with other websites, platforms or services that are not operated or controlled by Mega Storage (“Third Party Sites”). Please note that this Policy does not apply to those Third Party Sites. For more information on how those Third Party Sites collect, use and share data, we suggest that you contact the operators of those Third Party Sites directly.
Data storage
Our Services are intended for users located in Panama. This Privacy Policy applies to customer relationships established in Panama. Mega Storage does not offer services to people outside of Panama.
We retain personal information for as long as it is necessary to provide the Services and fulfill the transactions you have requested, or for other necessary purposes, such as complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements.
Changes to this privacy policy
This Privacy Policy is reviewed and updated annually or as necessary to accurately capture our practices and procedures. The effective date of each version is identified above. If we make material changes to this Policy, we will post the updated version of the Policy on our Site and use reasonable means to notify you. Your continued use of the Services after any change to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy in relation to the new use.
